Project Coordinator

Seeking candidates for our Project Coordinator role, based out of our Headquarters in Chesapeake Virginia, who thrive in a momentum, ownership, and team environments.
This is not a data-entry position—it’s a dynamic coordination role that demands big-picture awareness, strong judgment, and confident communication. You’ll manage projects from sales hand-off through delivery and close-out, ensuring customers, suppliers, and internal teams stay aligned.

General Duties:
- Coordinate with Sales Reps to review and launch new generator and ATS projects
- Manage submittal creation, resubmittal order entry, and production tracking
- Verify accuracy of vendor documentation before release
- Communicate proactively with customers about delivery, schedule changes, and site coordination
- Anticipate obstacles and escalate issues before they impact schedule or margin
- Prepare close-out packages, warranty documents, and project cost reports
- Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings to ensure alignment
Great Candidates will have…
- 1 – 3 Years in Project Coordination/Management
- Ability to receive direction and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Strong Task Management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe

Power Generation Field Technician
Seeking technicians to service industrial grade power generators to be dispatched out of our offices in Chesapeake, Richmond, and Roanoke, VA; as well as out of Romance, WV.

Responsibilities Include:
- Equipment diagnosis of generator problems and/or failures to identify replacement needs
- Perform routine maintenance as needed
- Service, repair and troubleshoot engine, alternator end and controls of the equipment
- Prepare paperwork for the purpose of requesting parts needed to repair generator systems
- Generator start-ups for new equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Marine Industrial Diesel Mechanic

We’re looking for a proficient, energetic and dependable marine or industrial diesel mechanics to perform a variety of trouble shooting, advanced level diesel engine repairs, diagnosis of performance issues and overhauls on marine vessels and industrial sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engine disassembly, inspection, maintenance/repair, and reassembly
- Engine electrical control systems trouble shooting & repair
- Maintenance & service of fuel tanks, pumps, filters, and fuel injection systems used in marine engines
- Research technical manuals and develop written repair work order reports
- Maintenance/service/repair of lubrication systems and cooling systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Diagnosis of marine diesel engines that include operations of test equipment, system diagnostics & tune-up procedures.
- A willingness to be trained on various makes & models of engines to further your knowledge & career.
- Travel is part of job
Cummins training and certifications (4BT, 6BT, C Mechanical, QSB , QSC, QS1, QSM11, QSB6.7, Smart Craft, C Command and C Command Elite Plus, MCSR Panel Systems) are a plus. Experience working on mid-size & large industrial or marine engines also a plus.
Required are excellent communication, customer service, administrative & computer skills and a clean driving record.
