In 2014, Stone Brewery, based in California, announced that Richmond, VA would become the new home for their Eastern U.S. brewery, packaging hall and restaurant. The facility is 220,000 square feet and is located in the Fulton neighborhood, east of downtown Richmond. Operations at the brewery will consist of a 250-barrel brewhouse, with the capacity to brew over 600,000 barrels of beer annually. In total, the new brewery costs an estimated $41 million, including the infrastructure, equipment, furniture and fixtures in the brewery and restaurant.

Bay Power Solutions received the call and provided Stone Brewery Richmond with a 300kW natural gas generator by Generac Power Systems. Stone Brewery relies on Bay Power Solutions and Generac Power Systems for their backup needs.
